Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Account Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed annual personal sales goal set by the RDOS and VP of Sales
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer and market needs
- Execute the sales plan using effective sales techniques
- Generate leads through telemarketing and networking with current customers
- Convert prospects to clients using effective closing techniques
- Identify customer needs and use in-depth product knowledge to prepare winning proposals
- Present proposals convincingly over the phone and in person
- Upsell existing clients to higher value items
- Handle objections and solve customer problems
- Establish relationships with associations and generate referrals
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Communicate product details accurately to the operations team
- Follow up with customers to develop the account and gather feedback
- Minimum of 2-years total sales experience, including at least 1-year outbound telephone sales experience
- Prefer bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and CRM software
- Analytical skills to identify and exploit selling opportunities
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence people
- Proven leadership skills
