We are Toby Services LTD, an HVAC Contractor seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the sales process.
Main Responsibilities:- Prospect for new customers using CRM databases.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Communicate product information effectively.
- Answer client questions about products, pricing, and availability.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. A degree is preferred, but not required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and willingness to travel is essential.
Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
