Customer Acquisition Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Director to join our team and drive our customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing biddable paid media campaigns or strategy, preferably at an agency.
You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success, manage and grow a team of analysts to achieve performance KPIs, and maintain relationships with key vendors.
In this role, you will:

- Manage and grow a team of analysts to achieve performance KPIs and provide assistance with campaign troubleshooting
- Maintain relationships with key vendors and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $135,000, depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance. You will also receive regular performance reviews and growth path check-ins throughout your onboarding and quarterly after that.
This role is based in our NYC office and requires a minimum of 3 days/week in-office. You must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role. Our company hybrid schedule requires a minimum of 3 days/week in-office with a 4-day week for 'Team Collaboration Week' at the beginning of each month.
