Customer Acquisition and Loyalty Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a DTC Growth and Retention Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our growth/customer acquisition and retention teams to drive business results through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing at-scale customer acquisition programs, conceptualizing and planning A/B tests, working with the creative team to track and report on creative tests, and managing cross-channel budgets to achieve target metrics. You will also build and manage complex project plans for key member experience programs, gather and analyze member sentiment data, and report on subscriber churn.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You should also be a fan of new release fiction or a current or former Book of the Month member.
The salary range for this position is $62,400 - $100,000.
