Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NJI Media. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily office management and in-person events.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
  • Keep refreshments and snacks available for our staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with vendor research and fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Order and set up team and client lunches, showcasing your attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Perform daily receptionist duties, including receiving packages and greeting visitors and employees.
  • Participate in hosting events, from planning to setup, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with a willingness to commute to our Old Town Alexandria headquarters at least three days per week.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs up the stairs to our main floor.
Bonus Points:
  • Background and/or interest in hospitality/customer service.
  • A sense of humor and a love of pandas, and the occasional dog.
