Job Title: Field Service Representative 2 - San Leandro

At Solventum, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare clients. As a Field Service Representative 2, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical device equipment and providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, pick up, and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment to our healthcare clients
  • Interface with customers daily to build and maintain superior customer relationships
  • Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation
  • Assist customers in researching and due diligence searches for missing and misplaced medical equipment
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
  • Current, valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours and on-call duties
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing
