Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist will take charge of managing customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, timelines, and follow-ups. This role entails preparing quotes, processing orders, and conveying essential information to designated clients. The Sales Support Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to oversee purchase orders and guarantee outstanding service for assigned clients. Furthermore, this position includes executing various administrative duties to bolster the Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Swiftly address customer-related concerns to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
- Order Processing & Quotation Management:
- Receive and respond to customer requests for pricing quotes, purchase orders, modifications, and cancellations.
- Prepare and communicate pricing details to clients upon request.
- Liaison & Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to fulfill both client and company requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination in managing purchase orders and related activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Conduct various administrative tasks within the Sales Department, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain organized records and manage all necessary documentation for the department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience or training in a sales office environment, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write basic correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one interactions with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
