Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Home Care Sales Specialist to promote our home care services. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring that our services are accessible to those who require assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass established sales goals.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with referral sources, including medical facilities and social service providers.
  • Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver informative presentations to potential clients and referral partners.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and their families throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare or home care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of home care services and the specific needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
