Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technician to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a Cardiovascular Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting with cardiac catheterization, vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures, and emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in cardiac catheterization, vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Perform emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedures, including IAB and temporary pacer insertion
  • Follow established standards and practices under the direction of a credentialed invasive cardiologist or credentialed invasive radiologist
Requirements
  • High school or GED required
  • LPN with one year of experience in Critical Care, or one year of Cath Lab experience, or one year of RCIS or CVT, or Graduate of accredited RCVT program
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
