Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedures, including IAB and temporary pacer insertion.
Responsibilities- Recognize and identify potential and actual patient problems, collecting accurate data and participating in the patient's Place of Care in accordance with the department/unit's standards.
- Prioritize resources to patient care and diagnostic activities based on accurate patient information and staff capabilities.
- Assist in data collection related to cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, renal, and peripheral vascular status.
- Document findings and report abnormal or out-of-range results to physicians.
- LPN with one year of experience in Critical Care or one year of Cath Lab experience or one year of RCIS or CVT or Graduate of accredited RCVT program.
- State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Emergency Medical Paramedic (EMP), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date.
