The Addison Group seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead its HR department. This key role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of concerns and grievances.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues, identifying training and development needs and implementing programs to address them.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and educating employees about their benefits.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, overseeing the development of leadership training programs for managers.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning, developing and managing the HR department's budget and monitoring expenditures to stay within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
