Job Description:


Deltek Talent Management is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Administrative Support III. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of civilian and military personnel systems.

Effective oral and written communication skills are crucial, as the candidate will be responsible for preparing management documentation, including briefings and reports, to support HR activities.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and management of military performance reports and organizational decoration packages. This includes initiating, tracking, reviewing, correcting, and routing all related documentation.

2. Facilitate the Promotion Recommendation Form (PRF) process by tracking requirements, monitoring promotion board schedules, and ensuring timely submission of all PRFs.

3. Provide research and information compilation support for senior managers and organizational staff, preparing clear and concise written communications.

4. Oversee Telephone Control Officer (TCO) duties, managing over 300 phone lines, reviewing monthly bills, submitting work orders for new numbers, and coordinating repairs for inoperative extensions.

5. Manage the logistics of shipping materials, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available for equipment shipments.

6. Support senior-level meetings by tracking responsibilities, providing updates, schedules, and briefings to leadership.

Job Requirements:
Secret Clearance required.
Combination of telework and on-site work schedule as determined by the supported organization.
Candidate must have a working knowledge of civilian and military personnel systems.
Candidate must understand the military promotions process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience in managing personnel record changes and familiarity with relevant documentation is preferred.
Experience with Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS) is a plus.
