Job Description:
Deltek Talent Management is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Administrative Support III. This role is integral to the operational efficiency of our HR department.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for preparing management documentation, including briefings and reports, to support HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and execution of military performance evaluations and decoration packages. This includes initiating, tracking, reviewing, correcting, and routing all relevant documentation.
2. Facilitate the Promotion Recommendation Form (PRF) process by tracking requirements, monitoring promotion board schedules, and ensuring timely submission of all PRFs.
3. Provide research and information compilation support for senior management and organizational staff, ensuring that all written communications are factual, clear, concise, and well-coordinated.
4. Manage Telephone Control Officer (TCO) duties, overseeing over 300 phone lines within the organization. Responsibilities include reviewing monthly billing, submitting work orders for new numbers, assisting with phone extension setups, and coordinating repairs for malfunctioning extensions.5. Oversee the logistics of shipping materials to various locations, ensuring that all necessary shipping forms and funding documentation are prepared and available for outgoing shipments.
6. Support senior-level meetings and reviews by tracking responsibilities, providing updates, schedules, and briefings to leadership.Job Requirements:
Secret Clearance is required.
This position may involve a combination of telework and on-site work as determined by organizational needs.
The candidate must have a solid understanding of civilian and military personnel systems.
Knowledge of military promotions processes for both officers and enlisted personnel is essential.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
The employee will manage military officer assignment cycles, coordinating requisition submissions and position description updates.
Experience with military personnel record updates, including duty titles and deployments, is necessary.
Familiarity with AF2096s and unit manning documents is preferred.
Experience with Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS) is a plus.
