Job Title: Director of Sales

Arbor Lodging is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
