About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Manager to join our global sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives in driving revenue growth and expanding our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our sales channels and increase market share
  • Partner with the aligned Business Unit to drive product sales and strategic growth opportunities
  • Solicit and maintain internal partnerships to drive value for our clients
Requirements
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Expert communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills to determine business needs and requirements
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and public
