- Experience: 1+ years sales experience, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: 1+ years recent experience selling cruises and/or travel products is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, including word processing and web browsing, with experience using CRM systems to document daily calls, tasks, and activity.
- Soft Skills: Must be organized and self-motivated, comfortable making outbound and taking inbound customer calls, with strong communication skills to help explain products and services to customers.
- Performance and Commission: Ability to be successful in a performance and commission-driven environment, with a passion to help customers, co-workers, and growth of the company.
- Compensation: Competitive salary and uncapped commissions, with a potential earning range of $70,000 to $100,000+ per year.
