Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and respond promptly to their needs
  • Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy and print marketing needs
  • Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer tailored print solutions
  • Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, including copy machines and PC rentals
  • Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads and assist with shipping needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10-50 pound range
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
