Banking Associate

PNC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Expert to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process high-volume customer banking transactions, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions, including lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems and adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Addressing Customer Needs, Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Understanding Customer Needs.
• No degree required; prior experience is not necessary, but a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
