Job Title: Database Services Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Services Associate Director to join our team at Whitman Associates, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the internal database and supporting the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly assess database performance and integrity.
  • Implement updated features on the database.
  • Establish backup and recovery processes.
  • Design scalable code and create reports and guidelines.
  • Develop cybersecurity procedures and manage access to the database.
  • Implement supporting technologies and streamline workflow processes.
  • Ensure compliance with license agreements and organizational practices.
  • Remain up to date on software development trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess data requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a technical program management environment.
  • Database management certification a plus.
  • Previous experience working for an association or higher education organization preferred.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
