Job Title: Database Administrator

Job Overview:

Kaiser Associates is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to support our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, knowledge of common coding languages, and excellent communication abilities. This is a part-time, short-term role with the possibility of being extended.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and compile lists of industry experts and relevant contacts using various databases and online platforms
Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Develop an analytical tool to assess collection and quality of contacts
Research and recommend process improvements and potential tools to help Kaiser scale the database

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and detailed research, including the ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with professionals at all levels
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to solving problems
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work produced.
