Marketing Database Coordinator

The Marketing Database Assistant plays a vital role in the success of our firm's experience/knowledge management platform. This position ensures that the Marketing and Business Development teams have complete, up-to-date experience and other types of data important for marketing and business development projects. The Assistant engages with Client team members on their data needs and provides feedback for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology and the Marketing Technology Analyst with data entry into an industry-leading experience database platform, Foundation.
Prepare experience data and other types of data for migration into Foundation, including identifying data quality issues.
Develop and recommend data options, processes, and fields related to the platform.
Effectively communicate with database stakeholders about data needs.
Act as a key data entry resource for the Client team.
Work in partnership with Client team members to create and update tailored experience lists to be used in pitches and marketing materials.
Process Chambers and Legal 500 submissions, extracting experience descriptions and other data items for use in Foundation.
Assist with other technology and operations projects, as needed, possibly relating to areas such as emarketing, CRM, website, and metrics.
Requirements:
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Prior administrative and/or data entry experience.
Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
Working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with databases.
Professional attitude, commitment to client service, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
Highly motivated and self-directed, including the ability to work independently, to take a leading role on assigned projects, and to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy of work product, and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Possess reliability, dependability, and motivation.
Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written.
A strong attention to detail.
Ability to review large data sets.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
