Job Summary

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Requirements Manager to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving projects to successful completion, with a focus on process improvement, implementation of new tools, and rollout of new processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and develop presentations to effectively communicate with stakeholders

Coordinate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure all action items are completed efficiently

Implement process improvements and manage data/information to drive project outcomes

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and action items to ensure timely completion of projects

Prepare and share weekly project status updates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

ITIL v3 Certified

Minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in Project and Program management

Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects and programs

Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time

Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer

Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer

Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc.

Must be able to deliver presentations as needed

Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; software/hardware manuals; training manuals; etc.
