Job Overview

Zelle HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the diverse clientele receives exceptional service and support, reflecting the company's commitment to quality production of US-based components.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and enhance customer relationship management processes to ensure high levels of retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the effective adoption of company offerings, ensuring alignment with customers' strategic objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and refine all aspects of customer engagement.
  • Collect and analyze data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Identify and address irregularities using available data, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Professionally resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Build and sustain long-term business relationships by acting as a subject matter expert and customer advocate.
  • Exercise independent judgment on significant matters.
  • Implement and oversee customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively managing the Tech Support team, ensuring a balanced workload and conducting regular performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and presentations.
  • Constructive interpersonal skills.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment while managing individual workload effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes on a limited basis.
