Our ideal candidate is team-oriented and highly driven, representing Farm Bureau positively by delivering exceptional first-contact resolution services to our agents and clients through our inbound contact center. Services we provide include billing support, policy management, system assistance, and professional responses to inquiries. It is crucial to maintain professional and productive relationships with our agency network, clients, and internal teams to ensure that Farm Bureau's goals are met while providing a consistent and positive experience at every interaction.
Qualifications to Join Our Team:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential, including effective verbal communication and professional writing abilities.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the capacity to work independently.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary to quickly adapt to our various systems; familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to acquire fundamental knowledge of insurance products are required.
- This position requires working from our designated office locations. During training, standard hours will be established, followed by a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
