Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of new women's wellness supplements from initial discovery and design to seamless transition to the Brand Marketing team.
- Partner with the Project Management Office to shape project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication.
- Craft inclusive and clear briefs to empower all teams, from Creative to Packaging Engineering.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to conduct comprehensive research, identifying trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to forecast market size, revenue potential, and ROI for new product launches.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams to establish cost targets and pricing strategies that align with our strategic goals.
- Partner with scientific and technical teams to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling and accessible consumer-facing ideas and claims.
- Build and nurture strong relationships across various teams to collaboratively ensure the success of each project.
- BS/BA, preferably in the Business or Marketing field. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years experience as a leader of complex cross-functional projects.
- Innovation, Product Marketing and Development, Brand Management, or Entrepreneurship experience.
- Proven ability to lead and sell cross-functionally.
- CPG new product development and introduction experience strongly suggested.
- VMS experience is a plus.
- Experience with financial assessment exercises.
- Consumer Insights experience is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $91,000 - $120,000.
