The Human Resources Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment. This position is integral to the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and contributing to various human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and management across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Enforce HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with organizational standards and legal obligations.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection recommendations.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing support and solutions in collaboration with management.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs to improve workforce skills.
- Assist in performance management activities, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and addressing disciplinary issues as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HRIS data.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
