Aqueity Human Resources Manager Job Description

Aqueity, a leading technology service provider, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct all aspects of people operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy development and management guidance/coaching.
  • Provide coaching, support and guidance to department managers and organization leadership on complex, specialized and sensitive issues, including performance feedback, reasonable accommodations, investigations and terminations.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including active sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for IT, managerial and professional roles.
  • Research and analyze trends in compensation and benefits, administer compensation plan and manage annual benefits renewal process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Partner with department leadership to create career path plans for team members, targeted learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
  • Manage company's performance management process.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
  • Create and manage company and employee programs focused on maintaining an exceptional employee experience and work culture.
  • Act as backup to Finance Manager for biweekly payroll.
  • Lead other projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of human resource management experience in all aspects of HR required.
  • Experience recruiting for IT positions required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Experience in IT and/or consulting services industries a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn TriNet Zenefits HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to work with shifting priorities and display high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills.
