Consumer Service Agent

About the Role:
At Natalie's Orchid Island Juice, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients throughout their interaction with our brand. This position is an integral part of our customer service division, dedicated to surpassing the expectations of our consumers with outstanding support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input customer orders into the ERP/NetSuite system accurately.
- Comprehend essential customer details such as shipping days, order dates, delivery routes, and special requests.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to their orders, including modifications, additional items, delivery timelines, and product information.
- Notify customers upon receipt and entry of their orders into the system, providing confirmation once processing is complete.
- Answer corporate phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments, and addressing consumer questions about our products and brand.
- Maintain clear and precise communication with customers, consumers, and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that not only meets but exceeds expectations, ensuring all inquiries are thoroughly addressed.
- Conduct daily audits to verify that customer purchase orders align with the orders entered into the system, ensuring accuracy in all details.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional computer literacy.
- Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
