Job Summary and Qualifications

The Vascular Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and sound judgment in the delivery of patient care. The Vascular Technician is responsible and accountable for the provision of diagnostic testing to assigned patient population in accordance with physician's orders, recognized technician techniques, and policies procedures, established standards, and administrative policies of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Ultrasonographer
  • Vocational School Graduate

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital offering a full range of services, including interventional and therapeutic care, labor/delivery, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, adult and pediatric emergency services, and diagnostic services. We also offer inpatient and outpatient surgical services.

Lawnwood Hospital is a designated Certified Primary Stroke Center, a Level II Trauma Center, and a verified facility by the American College of Surgeons. We provide emergency treatment for adults and children and offer the area's only Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.
