Welcome to Natalies Orchid Island Juice. The role of the Customer Service Representative is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our clients and customers throughout their interactions with Natalies. This position is part of the customer service team, where we strive to surpass the expectations of our clients with outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input customer orders into the ERP/NetSuite system.
  • Comprehend customer details such as shipping days, order dates, delivery routes, and special items ordered.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to their orders, including modifications, adding items, delivery date queries, and product information.
  • Notify clients once their orders have been received and entered into the system, providing order confirmations upon completion.
  • Answer corporate phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and addressing consumer inquiries about the brand and products.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, consumers, and team members.
  • Deliver professional customer service that not only meets but exceeds expectations, ensuring all inquiries are thoroughly addressed.
  • Conduct daily audits to verify that customer purchase orders align with the orders entered into the system, ensuring accuracy in all details.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
