The role of the Customer Service Representative is essential in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and consumers throughout their interaction with Natalie's. This position is a vital part of our customer service team, dedicated to surpassing the expectations of our clients with outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input customer orders into the ERP/NetSuite system with precision.
  • Comprehend customer details such as shipping dates, order dates, delivery routes, and specialty items ordered.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to their orders, including modifications, adding items, delivery timelines, and product information.
  • Notify clients once their orders have been received and entered into the system, and send confirmation upon completion.
  • Answer the corporate phone, directing calls to appropriate departments, responding to consumer inquiries about our brand and products, and assisting internal team members with customer order questions.
  • Communicate meticulously with customers, consumers, and team members both internally and externally.
  • Deliver professional customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring thorough information is provided and all questions are addressed.
  • Conduct daily audits to verify that customer purchase orders align with the orders entered into the system, ensuring all details are accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
