Customer Service Representative

Welcome to Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company, where we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer orders into our ERP/NetSuite system with precision and accuracy.
  • Understand customer information, including order details, shipping schedules, and special requests.
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing timely and informative responses.
  • Notify customers once their orders are received and processed, and send order confirmations for completed orders.
  • Answer corporate phone calls, delegate tasks to specific departments, and provide product information to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and consumers, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Provide professional customer service that exceeds expectations, delivering thorough information and resolving questions.
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure customer POs match system records, verifying accuracy and detail.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
