Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing sales statistics, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience, including 3 years of successful field commercial sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales statistics and identify trends
  • Knowledge of commercial security products and services
