Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Mission and System Test Engineer to become an integral part of our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with conducting functional and integration testing of Mission Unique Software (MUS) and Mission Unique Applications (MUA) for our mission partners. You will also support testing on the framework that hosts OPIR applications, ensuring that all requirements and mission objectives are successfully met while collaborating with our US Space Force customer.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for space missions, utilizing DevSecOps principles.
2. Collaborate with the Integration, Verification, and Testing (IV&T) team to ensure mission partner requirements and objectives are fulfilled.
3. Conduct system compatibility tests in conjunction with mission partners.
4. Create and manage mission-specific and system-specific test plans, schedules, and resources.
5. Analyze and present test findings, including recommendations for addressing issues encountered during integration and testing.
6. Ensure applications comply with customer requirements through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
7. Perform in-depth testing of mission partner MUS and MUA on designated frameworks.
8. Test new and updated applications on the system framework.
9. Engage in technical discussions to assist in planning future testing efforts.

Collaboration and Improvement:
Work closely with the team and customers to ensure that Integration, Testing, and Validation processes align with both organizational goals and customer needs. Continuously seek ways to enhance application integration, testing, and validation processes to improve overall performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Integration, Testing, and Verification on space-related DoD acquisition programs.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with mission partners.
- Experience in satellite mission operations and mission integration and testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
- Experience with OPIR and MDPAF.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with USSF FORGE MDPAF.
- Knowledge of automated testing and experience in SAFe Agile development environments.
- Understanding of DevSecOps automated integration.
- Background in DoD projects and testing in hybrid platforms (Cloud, On-premise, standalone).

Clearance Requirement:
Top Secret SCI clearance is necessary for this position.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 to $145,800. We value our employees' well-being and offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays.
