Additionally, they will train and mentor Tier 1 Software Partner Operations members and serve as the first level of escalation for any problems or issues.

Responsibilities
  • Process orders and manage pricelists for assigned partners
  • Handle inside sales issues and concerns related to Adobe, Citrix, Novell, and IBM
  • Train and mentor Tier 1 Software Partner Operations members
  • Escalate complex issues to management
  • Run daily reports for all partners
  • Check daily rejected orders and Electronic Data Interchange Purchase Order transmissions
  • Run queries in Microsoft Dynamics AX to ensure all processes are running correctly

Qualifications
  • 12 months of tenure in a Tier 1 position or 1 year of Inside/Outside experience or Partner Sales Support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
  • Excellent documented performance
  • Functional understanding of Advanced Order Processes
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Order process and In arrears billing

Additional Information
  • The estimated annual pay for this position is $40,000 - $45,000, dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
  • Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
