Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At Pyramid Global Hospitality, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and wellbeing. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in and anticipate sold-out situations to obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations.
  • Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and review shift logs/daily memo books to document pertinent information.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager and complete safety training and certifications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and commitment to internal customer service standards.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate the Property Management System.
  • Ability to work all shifts and be flexible in the amount of work hours at the job.
