Job Summary

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of the Hilton Phoenix Airport team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they meet high standards of service and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
