- Prepare presentations, reports, and written communication, including email and memos.
- Maintain document storage and ensure long-term retention.
- Oversee reporting distribution of our online reputation management platform.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Occasional travel required.
