Enterprise Customer Success Strategist

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you will play a critical role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring that our solutions continue to deliver value and meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming an expert in Anthropic's products, methodology, and prompting techniques to effectively guide customers to solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Gaining a deep understanding of customers' business needs and strategically guiding them to solutions leveraging Anthropic's products.
- Owning the customer experience across their lifecycle, managing account and success plans grounded in the customers' business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a conduit between the customer and Anthropic.
- Acting as the voice of the customer by identifying patterns and feeding these insights into Anthropic's product organization.
- Building trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers.
- Monitoring usage trends and proactively driving action accordingly.
- 8+ years of experience in an Enterprise or Strategic Customer Success role, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding net expansion targets.
- Technical acumen, with the ability to confidently explain complex topics to customers at all levels.
- Ability to present and position complex products persuasively, especially when engaging with executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems.
