Enterprise Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Anthropic Limited. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our LLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Becoming an expert in our products, methodology, and prompting techniques to effectively guide customers to solutions that meet their business needs.
- Gaining a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and developing strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Owning the customer experience across their lifecycle, including managing account plans, conducting quarterly business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Acting as the voice of the customer by identifying patterns and feeding insights into our product organization to inform our product roadmap.
- Building trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers to drive business growth and expansion.
- Monitoring usage trends and proactively driving action to ensure customer success.
- 8+ years of experience in an Enterprise or Strategic Customer Success role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding net expansion targets.
- Technical acumen to explain complex topics to customers in all roles and levels.
- Ability to present and position complex products persuasively, especially when engaging with executives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze customer needs and the market to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems.
