Job Title: Office Assistant

At Respond, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, engaging with our online community and creating content that showcases our organization's mission and values.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and routing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate and manage visitor arrivals, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of children's enrollments, ensuring seamless communication with our teams.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring our team has the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver messages and documents to various departments and external partners, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Operate office equipment, including envelope-sealing machines, letter openers, and multifunction devices.
Requirements:
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Associate degree or higher education required, with 2-3 years of related experience in office administration.
