Office Coordinator

At Respond, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our social media presence, engaging with our online community and creating content that showcases our organization's mission and values.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and routing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate and manage visitor arrivals, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of children's enrollments, ensuring seamless communication with our teams.
- Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring our team has the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
- Deliver messages and documents to various departments and external partners, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Operate office equipment, including envelope-sealing machines, letter openers, and multifunction devices.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Associate degree or higher education required, with 2-3 years of related experience in office administration.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17, commensurate with experience.
