About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. This is a full-time opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Directors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, coordinate programs, and manage data, payroll duties, and correspondence for Directors.
- Act as a Human Resource liaison, maintain time and attendance records, and assist with calendar management, expense accounts, and IT requests.
- Responsible for office supplies, monitor accounts payable, and compile data for reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience managing personnel budgets and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to type 45-50 wpm and possess excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
Education:
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred, or 5 years of directly related experience.
