Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our support operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to clients, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless support operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the help desk team, infrastructure support team, and client team to ensure effective incident management and service requests communication.
  • Proactively work with the client team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in operation and production support.
  • Strong understanding of IoT platforms, gateways, connectivity, data communication, and internal systems integrations.
  • Experience with AWS services and components, including S3 bucket, Lambda functions, Kinesis firehose, SNS, and simple queue services.
  • Knowledge of Telit IoT platform, API usage, deviceWise suite, PLC drivers, cellular/ethernet connectivity, and SIM activation.
  • Basic scripting experience with Unix, Python, Lua, and shell commands.
  • Good networking understanding and network-related debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, and machine packing domain knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data analytics and data collection and processing strategy.
  • Knowledge of pipelines and deployment strategy.
  • Good understanding of data and analytical tools to debug data-centric issues.
