Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with our service operations team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our infrastructure support team to manage and resolve technical incidents.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and self-help guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry, including IoT platforms, AWS services, and data analytics.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT operations and support, with at least 3-4 years of experience in Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
  • Strong understanding of IoT platforms, AWS services, and data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Telit platform, API usage, deviceWise suite, PLC drivers, cellular/ethernet connectivity, and SIM activation.
  • Knowledge of VPN connections and configuration.
  • Basic scripting experience with Unix, Python, Lua, and shell commands.
  • Understanding of PLC, HMI, sensors, and machine packing domain knowledge.
