Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to analysts who diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex supply chain software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise post implementation.
  • Respond to situations where product support has failed to resolve issues.
  • Perform complex code review and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to engineering.
  • Develop custom modifications, design new functionality, fix code issues, and perform system configuration.
  • Provide support to clients through installation of additional functionality and client training.
  • Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing packaged application software.
  • 2 years of experience developing in Windows operating system.
  • 2 years of experience developing in C# computer language.
  • 2 years of experience developing in SQL Server.
  • 2 years of experience with.NET application server.
  • Requires up to 50% travel.
