Position Title: Salesforce Architect

Overview: Webilent Technology, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Architect to enhance our team. The Salesforce Architect will play a crucial role in the design and execution of robust, high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to our organizational needs. This position demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the capability to guide technical initiatives from start to finish.

Key Duties:

  • Architecture and Design: Formulate and execute technical frameworks and architectures for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining scalability, security, and sustainability.
  • Development Oversight: Supervise the customization and development of Salesforce applications, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and bespoke applications.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and established standards.
  • Integration Strategies: Craft and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise applications utilizing APIs, middleware, and third-party services.
  • Data Governance: Safeguard data integrity and security within Salesforce, focusing on data migration, quality assurance, and governance protocols.
  • Performance Enhancement: Evaluate and refine the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and sustain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture schematics, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT divisions to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure effective project execution.
  • User Training and Support: Deliver training and support to Salesforce users and administrators, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing the platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Significant experience with Salesforce, particularly in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions. Previous experience in a senior technical or leadership role is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of supplementary programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Work Environment:

  • This role may necessitate occasional travel.
  • The position may involve working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
