  • Articulate and convey solution messaging effectively at both technical and business levels
  • Convert business needs into structured, component-based technical designs
  • Assume responsibility for all design and technical architecture elements
    • Data migrations, data integrity, and systems integrations
    • Third-party applications and AppExchange solutions
    • Apex and custom coding standards
  • Deliver industry knowledge and direction to clients
  • Define development standards in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies
  • Provide technical leadership to establish best practices, including integration, application development, deployment, testing, and management of technical liabilities
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and client stakeholders to leverage Salesforce for process and productivity enhancements
  • Strong understanding of SOA architecture and web service standards such as XML, SOAP, WSDL, and REST is essential
  • Proven experience with relational databases and middleware ETL design and development
  • Capability to lead and collaborate within a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of various Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple prospects and activities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect in Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Comprehension of architectural and integration principles
  • Willingness to travel for client and prospect meetings
