In this capacity, you will collaborate with various business units, including Marketing teams, to assess operational workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and design, develop, and implement tailored and scalable solutions within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will exhibit expertise in designing, documenting, coding standards, testing, and deploying solutions. You will be responsible for creating and developing customized solutions within Salesforce and its supporting platforms. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in Salesforce development, who can effectively communicate technical concepts in business language for stakeholders, possess a solid understanding of processes, thrive in uncertain environments, and demonstrate high energy levels while managing change effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance systems through APEX, SOQL, complex formula fields, validation rules, Flow, approval processes, and reporting and dashboards.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Manage complex data migration and hygiene projects, providing best practices and training to end users on Salesforce.
  • Create operational dashboards, reports, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Review upcoming release features and integrated applications, offering recommendations as needed.
Required Experience:
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with web services.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of technical experience with Salesforce LWC, APEX, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Ant.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git and Autorabit.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
  • Extensive experience in configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Familiarity with best practices, support mechanisms, and procedural limitations.
  • Ability to plan, design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality in offshore programming efforts.
  • Collaborate across multiple scrum teams, adhering to leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform.
  • Analyze issues, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in the resolution of problems using established problem management procedures.
