Position Title: Salesforce Architect

Overview: Webilent Technology, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Architect to become an integral part of our team. The Salesforce Architect will play a crucial role in designing and deploying robust Salesforce solutions tailored to our organizational needs. This position demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the capability to guide technical initiatives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and Design: Formulate and execute technical strategies and frameworks for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining scalability, security, and sustainability.
  • Solution Development: Supervise the customization and development of Salesforce applications, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and bespoke applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Offer technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Integration: Craft and implement integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise systems utilizing APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Data Management: Safeguard data integrity and security within Salesforce, focusing on data migration, quality assurance, and governance.
  • Performance Optimization: Assess and enhance the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Documentation: Develop and sustain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and support to Salesforce users and administrators, ensuring proficiency in platform utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Significant experience with Salesforce, particularly in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions. Experience in a senior technical or leadership role is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Work Environment:

  • This role may involve occasional travel.
  • The position may require working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
