SUMMARY:


The Salesforce Solutions Architect plays a critical role in advancing Human Coalition's mission to protect life by supporting families and rescuing children across the nation.

This position acts as a vital bridge between our internal IT team and external Salesforce architecture partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and technical integration.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Design, configure, develop, test, document, and implement Salesforce software solutions.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between IT management and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of technical solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and IT staff to create and execute comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee Salesforce-related projects involving external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Assess and manage vendor performance, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Provide training and support to internal personnel to enhance organizational self-sufficiency on Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying continuous learning to all projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong alignment with the mission and vision of Human Coalition.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and vendor management within a Salesforce context.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Commitment to serving others.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong foundational skills in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Familiarity with SKUID, Workato, and HIPAA compliance is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory environments.
